SHIPPING INFORMATION

The options of shipping service levels are available at checkout and automatically selected based on your order's size, weight, and destination. We are happy to offer free standard shipping on orders of $40 and more!

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed in 1-2 business days. We always do our best to get your order out the door as quickly as possible! Orders placed over the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) and on Holidays will be processed the next business day. Estimated shipping times to your shipping address will be visible prior to checkout.

NON-CONTIGUOUS U.S. & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We gladly ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories. However, these locations do not qualify for free standard shipping. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. However, we hope to offer international and reduced-rate shipping in the future.

RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

We believe that our customer's satisfaction is a top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).

If your order arrives and the items are incorrect or arrive damaged, please email the Customer Support team at support@tipotto.com.

The following policies apply to all returns and exchanges:

  • Returns that are determined the error of Tipotto (because they are incorrect or the items arrive damaged) can be sent back to Tipotto using our convenient pre-paid shipping label. To request a shipping label, please email us at support@tipotto.com
  • If you want an exchange or refund, please contact us at support@tipotto.com for details.
  • Returned items must include the packing slip and a reason for the return to be processed.
  • Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used unless otherwise specified and can take up to 10 business days depending on a financial institution.
  • Be sure to return the items in their original packing materials, if possible, and ensure the items are protected before they are shipped back.
